Membership Terms & Conditions


Rules for Use



  • Leads Funnel Academy is founded on the idea of community and like any functioning and healthy community, some thing are not allowed or will not be tolerated. We aim to take a common sense approach to the general code of conduct on Leads Funnel Academy but you promise that you will not:

  • The membership and benefits cannot be used by anyone apart from the individual members.

  • Use information gathered from or through Leads Funnel Academy in a way that may confuse or mislead consumers (for example, gathering information to set up a site that looks like Leads Funnel Academy).

  • Attemp to or actually interrupt, negatively impact or alter the Leads Funnel Academy operation in any way.

  • Use the Leads Funnel Academy or any of the content in a way that violates applicable law, that violates the intellectual property or other rights of us or others, or that is fraudulent, obscene, unprofessional, offensive, misleading or defamatory.

  • Modify, reproduce, display, publish, distribute, copy, perform, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell or re-sell any information, content or item obtained from Leads Funnel Academy, other than in accordance with these terms or any license.


Payment & Termination Terms



  • The membership fee is an automatic monthly subscription paid via Stripe or Paypal. Each payment made is not refundable under any circumstances.

  • If for any reason we are not able to collect or charge the membership fee, we will send out one form of reminder of missed payment. If, despite us having notified you of a missed payment, further payments are missed, we reserve the right to, at our sole discretion, either suspend or terminate your membership. 

  • In the event of misuse of a membership, Leads Funnel Academy reserves the right to exclude member(s) in question from the program. Such misuse may include, but is not limited to, behaviour which is troublesome or shows lack of respect towards the staff/team, partners, and members or actions which are generally perceived to be immoral, unethical or contrary membership terms and conditions.


Cancellations



  • Monthly subscriptions and any subscription that is billed on a monthly basis may be cancelled at any time but are not eligible for a refund. To cancel your membership, go to Edit Account > Delete My Account.


Changes to Membership Terms



  • From time to time, membership fee change may be necessary. Only new members from the change of fee (increased fee) will be affected. Any existing members prior to change of increased fee will continue the fee they registered at. Should there be a decrease in membership fee, all members will benefit.

  • Leads Funnel Academy reserves the right to change the availability of Memberhip or Member Services. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any such modifications, suspension, or termination.
